One of the requirements is of public transport to operate in Malang Cit is pass in KIR test that conducted by the Department of Transportation in Malang. The result of KIR test of the advisability is still using manual calculations, while many transports did KIR test every day. Therefore we need a decision support system on eligibility of public transport at the Department of Transportation Malang.This decision support system can determine the value of calculation for all criteria. This system is using the Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). In this case SAW method can determine the eligibility of public transport based on the higher value. Thus the system is able to shorten the process of verification of eligibility of public transport at the Department of Transportation in Malang, so it can help the examiner in determining which public transport that got eligibility
